Évolution de la gouvernance d’Eutelsat Communications
Le Conseil d’Administration d’Eutelsat Communication (NYSE Euronext Paris : ETL) s’est réuni hier. Il a proposé de soumettre à l’Assemblée générale qui se tiendra le 8 novembre prochain la nomination de Dominique D’Hinnin, actuellement représentant du FSP (Fonds Stratégique de Participations), en tant qu’administrateur d’Eutelsat.
